As the county’s transportation planning agency and public transit services provider, the Napa Valley Transportation Authority was created as a joint powers agency to perform a wide variety of transportation functions for the communities and residents of Napa County. It is a multi-faceted transportation organization, providing transportation solutions that meet the evolving mobility needs of Napa County.
