Travel Behavior Study
The Travel Behavior Study (TBS) analyzes how residents, employees, and visitors travel throughout Napa County – by car, transit, bicycle and on foot. Building upon previous efforts in 2014 and 2019, the 2025 update uses advanced data collection methods, including surveys, GPS-based trip data, and demographic analysis to capture post-pandemic travel patterns and emerging mobility trends. The Napa Valley Transportation Authority Board of Directors approved the 2025 Travel Behavior Study at its November 19, 2025 meeting. To view the final 2025 plan, click the link here.
Vine Transit Express Bus Corridor Plans
