Vine Transit is the public transportation system in Napa Valley. The Vine offers a variety of routes throughout the Valley, including connections to Solano County and Contra Costa County. VineGo is a shared ride service that provides transportation curb-to-curb, within ¾ of a mile from the fixed route bus system. In order to use VineGo services, you must be determined to be eligible. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, only people with physical or cognitive limitations that prevent them from riding the Vine bus can qualify for VineGo.

This lifeline service is designed for City of Napa residents aged 65 years or older. Under the program, eligible Napa residents may take a cab ride anywhere in city limits and NVTA will pay up to 50% of the cost of the cab fare.
