Nighttime Closures on State Route 29 from Sierra Avenue to Napa River Bridge Aug. 20—28

Caltrans continues repaving a 6.2-mile section of State Route 29 (SR-29) in Napa County between the Napa River (Butler) Bridge and Sierra Avenue on Wednesday, August 20, through Thursday, August 28, 2025. The repaving includes all northbound and southbound traffic lanes, shoulders, and ramps.
On Wednesday, August 20, from 8 PM to Thursday, August 21, at 5 AM, the intersection of State Route-29/State Route-121 and State Route 12 will be closed for overnight paving operations.
As a detour, motorists are advised to use Golden Gate Drive from Imola Avenue to Stanley Lane to SR-12.
