Vine Transit Seeks Public Input from Riders

Vine Transit is seeking the public’s input on bus ridership to learn how to improve local and regional transit.

“We want to build the best possible public transit system for anyone in Napa Valley, regardless of whether they’re residents, workers or visitors,” said NVTA Executive Director Kate Miller. “Listening to our riders about how we can improve their transit experience is a key piece of that puzzle. We’re particularly interested in learning from why non-riders don’t want to ride the bus; if there’s something we can do to incentivize taking public transit, it would be great to learn about any barriers that people might be experiencing.”

Results will be presented at the May 17, 2023 NVTA Board Retreat. The retreat’s theme is “Reviving Vine Transit” in a post-pandemic era and will focus on increasing ridership and improving service.

The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
