The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) - Planning and Capital Development Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms, entities, or individuals to complete a review of NVTA's previous Travel Behavior Studies to update data and compare with past to present travel patterns of residents, workforce, and visitors of Napa Valley.
