Brief Description:

The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to develop an agency specific Strategic Plan that will guide NVTA’s organizational priorities, programs, investments, and transportation services for the next five years. As the countywide transportation planning and transit agency, NVTA plays a critical role in shaping mobility, safety, connectivity, and sustainability for residents, workers, and visitors throughout Napa County. Through this RFP, NVTA is seeking a consultant team with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning for public agencies—preferably those with experience with government agencies, transportation, transit operations, and organizational planning.
