Brief Description:

Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) is seeking qualified, experienced Proposers capable of performing pre-award and post-delivery audits and vehicle inspection services for NVTA's fleet of buses. This contract will be funded using both State and Federal funding and will be awarded for three (3) years with two (1) one-year options. Thank you in advance for your interest! A pre-proposal meeting will be held, virtually on April 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM (PST). Details are included in the RFP. The deadline for written question submissions is April 9, 2025 at 5:00 PM (PST) and the deadline for proposals is April 25, 2025 at 5:00 PM (PST). Estimated award date is May 12, 2025.
