Independent Taxpayer Oversight Committee (ITOC)
The role of the Independent Taxpayer Oversight Committee (ITOC) is to review the fiscal performance of the voter approved Measure U sales tax and oversee the expenditures. This committee provides constructive advice to the NVTA-Tax Agency on how to improve program implementation.
