The Paratransit Coordinating Council (PCC) serves in an advisory capacity to the NVTA Board of Directors on the transportation issues for persons with special needs, including elderly, those with disabilities, and those of low income.
Meetings are held the first Thursday of every other month at 10 a.m. in the JoAnn Busenbark Boardroom located at 625 Burnell Street, Napa, unless otherwise noted. - A member of the public residing in a non-urbanized area
- A member representing a consumer or rider with a disability
